Sparring Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before attending a sparring session at EMD. If you have any questions, please contact us via email or call.

1- You have to be physically fit and in a good condition to fight. This includes having no injuries or other medical conditions that could prevent you from participating in the sparring session. If you have any injuries or medical conditions, please contact us before attending so we can help you determine if it's safe for you to participate in the event.

2- You must bring all equipment necessary for fighting: mouthguard, headgear, groin protection (for men), hand wraps (for women), boxing gloves, and shoes (if using). We do not provide any protective gear for use during our sessions. Please make sure everything is ready before coming to your scheduled session time.

3- You must have had some experience with boxing before attending a sparring session at EMD Fitness. If this is your first time ever doing anything like this, we recommend taking some classes at a local gym or facility first so that you know what to expect when it comes time for your own sparring session!

4- You must announce any injuries you have.

5- We are not liable for any injury you may sustain at the sparring session or during training prior to it.

6. You are 100% fully responsible for your safety and protection during the sparring session and training prior to it, including having adequate food and water in your system, as well as working out beforehand if necessary (e.g., if you need more endurance).

7. Attending a sparring session doesn't mean that we necessarily are going to include you in any EMD Fight Night Events
